a bucket of fries
my mom had gotten some fries for me and my siblings today. they came from a chain we're fond of. i know them for their large servings of crisp, flavorful fries. they seem to be everywhere in the city, which is a blessing since i believe all the fair folk here deserve delicious fries.
it was different this time though, the servings were much too small for the large buckets, and the fries weren't coated in as much flavor powder as they usually were. they were still good, though. but the fries were all gone sooner than i would have liked. i'd assumed that mom had ordered them from a different branch than usual, but she hadn't. so i guess whoever was working today was a frugal person, or maybe they were low on fries and flavoring.
if it's the former, i wonder why people get like that, is it to make the customers buy more food from them?
